Withdrawal & refund policy
Effective 1 September 2026
This page summarises your 14-day right of withdrawal under Act 102/2014 Z. z. (Directive 2011/83/EU) and how it is affected by the express-consent exception for digital content. The full contract wording is in the Terms of Service, section 6.
1. Default rule, 14 days, no reason required
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the date the contract was concluded (the day of successful Stripe payment). No reason is required.
2. Digital-content exception (LOSS OF THE RIGHT)
Because the AI Course is digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the law lets us start delivery immediately if you give prior express consent and acknowledge that starting to consume the content loses your right of withdrawal.
At checkout, before payment, you tick a box:
"I expressly consent to immediate delivery of the AI Course digital content and I acknowledge that by starting to consume the content I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal under paragraph 7(6)(l) Act 102/2014 Z. z."
Under §7(6)(l) the right is lost the moment BOTH of these are true:
- You ticked the consent box at checkout.
- We delivered the invite code to your email (this happens automatically the moment Stripe confirms your payment).
In practice, that means the 14-day right is gone the moment payment succeeds, because consent is a precondition of the checkout and delivery of the code is what the law counts as "performance beginning".
3. How to withdraw
Send an email to javorsky@tukewin.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order email and Stripe payment reference. You can also use the model form in Annex 1 of the Terms.
4. Refund window
We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, unless section 2 applies.
5. Faults, not withdrawals
If the Course is broken (videos unavailable, invite code not delivered), that is a complaint (reklamácia), not a withdrawal. Email the same address and we resolve within 30 days per Act 250/2007 Z. z.
